This Return and Refund Policy applies to customers located in the United States and outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled at Solevique. We aim to ensure that every customer has a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Solevique accepts both returns and exchanges, including for items that are not defective, provided they remain in new condition with no signs of installation or use. To qualify, all returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Any request submitted after this timeframe cannot be accepted.

How to Begin a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at info@solevique.com. After your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide a return label for you to download and print. All returns are processed by mail, and the return must be shipped back using the instructions we provide. Solevique will cover the full cost of the return label, so customers do not incur any return shipping fees. We do not charge a restocking fee under any circumstances.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been successfully completed. All refunds are issued in USD. If your payment was originally made in another currency, your financial institution may apply its own exchange rate or additional fees, which Solevique cannot control.

Exchange Process

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please specify this when contacting our support team. Exchanges follow the same approval and return shipping process described above. Once your returned product is received in acceptable condition, your replacement item will be shipped promptly.
