What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are in new, unused condition. We provide a return label for you to download and print, and Solavique covers the return shipping cost.

What if my item arrives damaged?
If your lighting fixture arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging. We will quickly arrange a replacement or refund depending on your preference.

What if I need to change my shipping address after ordering?

Are your lighting fixtures safe for installation?
Yes. All Solavique products meet U.S. safety standards. For wired fixtures, we recommend using a licensed electrician to ensure proper installation and safety.
